FANILEND TOV ("Fanilend", "we") trades consumer goods and building materials wholesale and retail, and rents household and personal goods. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" and the GDPR.

Store sales are recorded via fiscal receipts; deliveries need name, phone and address.

Performance of contracts, legal obligations (consumer protection, tax), legitimate interests (protection of rental property).
6. Recipients
Delivery services and payment providers. We do not sell personal data.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
